We are located in Krakow, Poland. For any client who wants to meet with us in person, we are ready for the meeting. However, because of our busy schedule, we prefer the client to first contact us.
This is done through our communication channels which are:
- Phone calls
- Skype
After contacting us and explaining more on the project at hand, if we come to an agreement on the initial offer then we usually go ahead and schedule a meeting.
When it comes to the meeting, we have several location options for meeting with the client. This is determined by the time and flexibility of the client or where they are located.
Therefore, depending on these two factors we may schedule the meeting at
- Our main office in Krakow
- The client’s office
- Restaurant
- Any other convenient place
This we do since we are committed to serving our clients with uttermost care and are willing to go the extra mile to make their project a success.
In addition, since we deal with international clients, apart from communicating through email or Skype, we are open to business trips.
We believe this will enable us to meet with new clients all over the world and get the chance to have a long lasting partnership with them.
