There is a stiff competition between competitors who offer services in the area of restaurants and event rooms. We needed to know what and what has to be included in their services to help them outsmart the competition. With a couple of interviews with our clients, we were able to address the specifics of what customers needed, as well as identify the strengths and weaknesses of Tiffany Restaurants.

Based on the outcome of our market research and the expected customer patronage by Tiffany restaurant, we successfully came up with enticingly beautiful designs that represented the style and class of the restaurant coupled with the ability of the company to handle wedding related services adequately. Our eventual choice of design was going to rest on their uniqueness, taste and the effectiveness with which they rendered their services.


Wordpress theme easy to manage

We love to pack our websites with exciting functions. For this website, we implemented Angular JS in creating an engaging application that helped our client track orders concerning restaurant menu. The site was tested extensively since it was essential it worked on different browsers and devices, particularly old browsers.

To further differentiate ourselves from the competition and show the modern approach of the Tiffany Restaurant team, we've created an interactive menu using Vue.js.

    Thanks to the contact form they created, we are receiving an increasing number of inquiries from potential clients. We also receive positive feedback from our existing and new clients, who find the site easy to navigate.
  • How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

    Their project management was satisfying. I was in constant contact with Codenest, and I never waited more than two days for a response. We were communicating via emails and over the phone at least two times a week. They didn't manage to complete the project earlier, but they did meet the deadline.
  • What did you find most impressive about this company?

    They prepared clear video tutorials concerning the website service.
  • Are there any areas for improvement?

    At the start of the project, they should’ve provided one e-mail account for communication about website details. Since I was sending messages to two Codenest email accounts, I found it difficult to find issues raised.
