The story of the Tiffany family restaurant is a reflection of how internet activities can impact the success of any company in the real world. Alexandra and her sister wanted a complete makeover as well as an extension of their restaurant and wedding hall. They were very cooperative during the period as we worked with them. Our responsibility was to reproduce the ambiance and beauty of their premises.

Local restaurant's challenges
Plenty of appreciations to the parties involved in the website building process, because we were able to successfully develop a stunning website that has all the features that will enable it to topple the competition. It was a worthy project after all because our client can now engage more sophisticated customers because of their distinguished services. Unlike other services in this category, you can book for your wedding related services in advance at Tiffany’s.
Getting acquainted with clients’s needs as well as the industry
There is a stiff competition between competitors who offer services in the area of restaurants and event rooms. We needed to know what and what has to be included in their services to help them outsmart the competition. With a couple of interviews with our clients, we were able to address the specifics of what customers needed, as well as identify the strengths and weaknesses of Tiffany Restaurants.
Design based on deep research
Based on the outcome of our market research and the expected customer patronage by Tiffany restaurant, we successfully came up with enticingly beautiful designs that represented the style and class of the restaurant coupled with the ability of the company to handle wedding related services adequately. Our eventual choice of design was going to rest on their uniqueness, taste and the effectiveness with which they rendered their services.
Wordpress theme easy to manage
We love to pack our websites with exciting functions. For this website, we implemented Angular JS in creating an engaging application that helped our client track orders concerning restaurant menu. The site was tested extensively since it was essential it worked on different browsers and devices, particularly old browsers.
To further differentiate ourselves from the competition and show the modern approach of the Tiffany Restaurant team, we've created an interactive menu using Vue.js.
The new design received positive feedback from customers, generated more leads, and expedited content updates. Codenest excelled at customer service, from the discovery meetings to post-project concerns. Despite some email communication issues, the team was reliable and responsive overall.
Alex, Marketing Specialist, Tiffany Restaurant
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? Thanks to the contact form they created, we are receiving an increasing number of inquiries from potential clients. We also receive positive feedback from our existing and new clients, who find the site easy to navigate.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?Their project management was satisfying. I was in constant contact with Codenest, and I never waited more than two days for a response. We were communicating via emails and over the phone at least two times a week. They didn't manage to complete the project earlier, but they did meet the deadline.
What did you find most impressive about this company? They prepared clear video tutorials concerning the website service.
Are there any areas for improvement? At the start of the project, they should’ve provided one e-mail account for communication about website details. Since I was sending messages to two Codenest email accounts, I found it difficult to find issues raised.
Please describe your company and your position there.Tiffany Restaurant is a family business established in 2008 in a small village near Krakow, Poland. Our focus is on providing great food and service for family and formal events, especially wedding receptions. As a marketing and promotion specialist, I am responsible for coordinating the development and production of promotional materials, including web-based communications and social media outlets.
For what projects/services did your company hire Codenest.pl?We needed a new website with an updated look and layout. Since it was designed in 2008, our previous website was old-fashioned and unwelcoming.
What were your goals for this project? My goal was to create a fresh and readable website that had greater integration with social media. It had to be easy to update since we are constantly uploading new wedding reception pictures. Our target deadline was the end of March 2017.
How did you select this vendor?A friend from the IT industry recommended them. The deciding factors were price, communication, and readiness to meet the deadline. Since I was convinced after our first meeting, I didn’t consider other companies.
Describe the project in detail. They designed our new website and introduced search engine optimization. Before our first appointment, I was asked to present the websites that I liked and describe their best features. During our first meeting, I described my company and defined my expectations in terms of layout, color scheme, and plugins. After that meeting, I outlined the website concept in a basic graphics program and created some guidelines. Codenest sent me a mockup and accepted my corrections, gradually working on issues related to subpages. Every suggestion I made was taken into consideration. They also suggested interesting and readable solutions for presenting wedding packages.
What was the team composition?I usually communicated with the owner of Codenest, but two other team members were involved in our project as well.
